Scott has a Landshark, which is a brand I’ve never heard of. But what is the Internet for, if not for learning about random bike brands?
Apparently 100% of Landshark are slammed. I am basing this on the fact that 100% of all Landsharks I have seen are slammed.
UPDATE: The Internet is dropping all of the knowledge on me regarding Landshark bicycles.
Consider me PROPERLY INFORMED.
I simply cannot believe you had never heard of Landshark… The stem thing is silly enough as it is, but a total disregard for the history of American cycling is pretty galling. There has been exactly one (1) American winner of the Giro d’Italia. But, don’t fret, we all make mistakes. You can rectify the situation thusly: Giro -> Hampsten -> Landshark. GHL. (like GTL, get it?) Commit it to memory.

* I’d explain why I think this stem slamming business is silly, but I haven’t the time nor inclination to write 2,500 words on the subject on tumblr today. But, I may be putting something together for the Drunkcyclist blog in the next few weeks.
